CAPABILITY LANE 01

MISSION-CRITICAL ELECTRICAL

TRIFECTA deploys electrical capability across BUILD, COMMISSION and OPERATE, ranging from field execution to electrical field and commissioning leadership.

DEPLOYMENT RANGE MAY INCLUDE

PROFESSIONALS WE DEPLOY

Journeyman Electrician

Installs raceway, conductors, terminations, and distribution equipment per drawings, specifications, and code; tests completed work; and resolves installation deficiencies in the field.

Electrical Foreman

Directs a crew at the work front, sequences installation, holds quality and safety at the point of work, and keeps the electrical scope moving toward commissioning.

Electrical Superintendent

Runs multiple work fronts and crews, resolves escalated field conditions, and carries schedule, quality and safety responsibility for electrical execution on site.

Electrical Testing / NETA Technician

Performs acceptance, diagnostic and maintenance testing of critical electrical equipment including switchgear, circuit breakers, transformers, cables, instrument transformers and protective devices, supporting energization, commissioning and return-to-service decisions.

Electrical Commissioning Engineer

Plans, executes and evaluates commissioning of mission-critical electrical systems, coordinating test procedures, equipment status, system interfaces, functional results and deficiency resolution through energization and turnover.

Electrical Commissioning Manager

Leads the assigned electrical commissioning program—scripts, sequence, witness points, and issue resolution—through energization, functional testing, and turnover to operations.

FULL CAPABILITY

WHAT THE MISSION MAY REQUIRE

BUILD — ELECTRICAL EXECUTION

A mission may require interpreting drawings and plans; determining work procedures; installing raceways, pathways, conductors, supports, terminations, and control or distribution apparatus; testing completed work; resolving installation deficiencies; and delivering code-compliant electrical systems ready to progress toward commissioning.

COMMISSION — TESTING + ENERGIZATION

A mission may require verifying electrical completion, continuity, phasing, grounding, control power, interlocks, terminations and equipment state; supporting startup and functional testing; diagnosing conditions that prevent equipment from energizing; and progressing electrical systems safely toward energization and commissioned operation.

OPERATE — LIVE-FACILITY ELECTRICAL

A mission may require performing electrical work within an operating facility under applicable LOTO, outage, switching and procedural controls; maintaining awareness of system state; troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment; executing approved modifications; and supporting verified return to service without compromising safety or system integrity.

ELECTRICAL LEADERSHIP

A mission may require directing electrical construction or commissioning work, coordinating crews and work fronts, resolving escalated field issues, communicating system and project conditions, and carrying responsibility for schedule, quality, safety and electrical execution within the assigned scope.
