CAPABILITY LANE 03

MISSION-CRITICAL OPERATIONS

TRIFECTA deploys critical operations capability across BUILD, COMMISSION and OPERATE, ranging from operational-readiness and turnover support to live-facility execution and operations leadership.

DEPLOYMENT RANGE MAY INCLUDE

PROFESSIONALS WE DEPLOY

Critical Operations Technician

Executes approved procedures on live systems, monitors system state and alarms, and stops work or escalates when conditions no longer match the procedure.

Critical Environment Technician

Maintains and operates critical environment equipment, supports concurrent maintainability, and protects operating margin during active work.

Critical Facilities Technician

Provides hands-on operation and maintenance support for mission-critical facility infrastructure including power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, transfer systems, cooling infrastructure and associated facility monitoring systems.

Critical Facilities Engineer

Maintains verified awareness of system state and redundancy—what is carrying load, what is available, and what is out of service—and drives incident triage and recovery.

Power System Operator

Performs switching, isolation and abnormal-condition procedures within assigned authority and maintains a verified path back to service.

Critical Operations Manager

Directs shifts, control rooms and facility operations, controls active work and risk, and carries responsibility for operational continuity.

FULL CAPABILITY

WHAT THE MISSION MAY REQUIRE

BUILD + COMMISSION — OPERATIONAL READINESS + TURNOVER

A mission may require reviewing operability and maintainability requirements before turnover; confirming system state and field conditions; developing or validating procedures, alarm response, and readiness requirements; and supporting the controlled transfer into operational responsibility.

OPERATE — SYSTEM STATE + AUTHORITY TO STOP

A mission may require knowing what is carrying load, what is available, what is out of service, what work and alarms are active, what operating margin or redundancy remains, and what happens if the next component or path is lost. Where applicable, this includes N, N+1, 2N or other mission-defined configurations, degraded states, concurrent work and single points of failure.

The professional executes approved SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, switching, isolation, abnormal-condition and emergency procedures within assigned authority. When conditions no longer match the procedure or operating margin has changed, the professional stops or escalates rather than introducing additional risk.

INCIDENT TRIAGE + RECOVERY

A mission may require correlating alarms, trends, equipment state, process conditions and field evidence to determine what is happening and what is at risk; stabilizing within assigned authority; communicating system state and consequence; and supporting a verified return to service.

OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP

A mission may require directing shifts, control rooms, facilities or system operations; coordinating professionals, OEMs and other disciplines; controlling active work and risk; resolving escalated conditions; and carrying responsibility for operational continuity within the assigned scope.
