PRIVACY NOTICE

Selection. Name, mobile number, email address, current location, willingness to deploy, discipline, environments worked, written assessment responses, and an optional resume or CV.

Deploy Capability. Company, contact name, work email, optional phone number, environment, capability required, roles and headcount, deployment location, start timeline and any notes provided.

We do not sell information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Selection records are evaluated against TRIFECTA's deployment standard and used to contact professionals about deployment opportunities. Deployment requests are used to respond to the request and to configure the deployment.

Information is shared with a client only where it is necessary to evaluate or place a professional for a specific deployment.

Resumes are uploaded to private storage. They are not publicly accessible and cannot be reached by a public link. Only authorized TRIFECTA administrators can open a resume, and only through a temporary, expiring link.

Submitted records are stored in TRIFECTA's database with access restricted to authorized administrators. Transmission to this site is encrypted.

Selection records and resumes are retained while a professional remains under consideration for deployment, and for up to 24 months afterward, unless deletion is requested sooner. Deployment requests are retained for the life of the client relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for business records.

You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your record and resume entirely. Email deploy@trifectaglobal.com from the address you submitted, and we will confirm once the record is removed.

We send transactional email only: confirmation that your submission was received, and follow-up about your submission or request. We do not send marketing campaigns from this site.
